
CREATIV or the Centre of Resources for Education Animation Training Initiative and Volunteering is a Romanian non-governmental organisation created in 2005 at the initiative of a group of volunteer animators with experience in the socio-educational animation.

It is based on the professional standards for the socio-educational animator developed by the young professionals and volunteers in 2004, while CREATIV remarked itself by being one of the first associative realities recognized in Romania for the training of young and adults in the socio-educational animation.

CREATIV association wants to promote and develop the profession of the socio-educational animator, having the role of re-building of the social links and with him. The animator trains the children, young and adults of our society by developing their adaptation abilities and their social responsibility.

The values CREATIV wants to transmit to those with and for whom is working are the values in which we believe: continuity, adaptability, responsibility, communication, initiative, volunteering, motivation, sensibilisation, responsibilization, autonomy, tolerance, non-discrimination.

Our objectives cover a large area of activities where the linking element is the individual and social transformation through an alternative method of education with principal instrument the game.
• To develop the socio-educational animation activities for any age, in cooperation with organisations, institutions internal and international.
• To initiate socio-educational and counselling programs addressed to children but equally to adults
• To promote the socio-educational animation as an adaptation, development, responsibilization and social integration of various categories of people
• To develop the training courses for animators and any other activities for training and informing in the field of socio-educational animation (seminars, workshops, conferences, etc.)
• To promote the volunteering with young and adults as a form of active participation to the life of community
• To organize social and cultural events in public or private areas, conventional and non-conventional
• To edit publications, leaflets and other materials closely linked to the association’ field of activity, to be distributed in the country and abroad
