BASIC ANIMATION SKILLS

Introduction module in socio-educational animation
This is an INTERACTIV class, where we use an active participation training approach, based on the sharing of participants own experience

Objectives of the Basic module:
Get familiar and comfortable with the definitions and basic techniques in socio-educational animation as an alternative to education and leisure time
Develop efficient communication skills
Develop team work
Develop the conception and implementation skills for a socio-educational project
Develop the abilities to plan social activities

Themes addressed:
Bio-psycho-social specifics and development needs of children and young adults
Socio-educational animator: inclinations, attitudes, knowledge
Organisation, implementation, administration of animation activities
Development and implementation of animation projects
Basic techniques in animation, the game as main approach

Participants. The target audience for this class is:
teachers: for developing interactive working techniques to improve the efficiency of the formal and informal education activities
volunteers: for developing the abilities to work with children and the abilities to communicate efficiently
social workers: for developing the abilities to elaborate recreational and educational activities and to improve the efficiency of the programs
other interested parties: for developing the abilities to work with children and young adults in an informal environment

COURSE FOR ADVANCED SKILLS IN ANIMATION

The Social Educational Animator diploma issued at the end of the course is recognized by the Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family and by the Ministry of Education and Research.


The objectives in terms of professional competences:
Ability to communicate actively and efficiently
Ability to develop and maintain the working teams in animation
Ability the develop the animation projects
Ability to develop the pro-social behaviour
Ability to develop and implement animation activities in a favourable and safe environment

Training modules:
Communication
Coordination of the animation team
Development of animation projects
Implementation of animation and social and educational activities

Access conditions:
High-school studies
Experience in the socio-educational field

Cursul se desfasoara pe parcursul a 72 de ore, din care 24 de ore pregatire teoretica si 48 de ore pregatire practica.

INISCHOOL FOR MOMS AND POPS

Courses for people involved in care and education of children of pre-school age

CREATIV association introduces a new module of the course for people involved in the care and education of children of pre-school age. The purpose of this course is to develop the abilities for parenting/caring, education and improved communication with the child. Together with our team, formed of 2 psychologists, a social assistant and a psycho-pedagogist, the participants can obtain useful information about the development characteristics and the problems specifics to pre-school age, about the emotional attachment with the child, the efficient communication with the child, the positive enforcement of discipline, about games and activities appropriate to the pre-school age.

Objectives of the course:
Understand the quality of the emotional attachment with the child
Recognize and confirm the emotions and the needs of the child
Recognize the child needs generating negative behaviour, undesirable for parents or friends
Define healthy limits by positive enforcement of discipline
Awareness of the importance and role of the game in the relationship with the child

Themes addressed:
Biologic, cognitive and socio-emotional characteristics of the pre-school age
Notion of attachment:
     • What is the attachment?

     • Critical steps in developing the attachment, importance of attachment;

     • Comparison between reassuring and threatening attachment (define the avoiding, dependent, disorganised forms of attachment)
Dysfunctional behaviour of substitution (how the child gets to send the wrong signals about his/her feelings or needs)
Parent-child relationship: the child needs for attachment and exploration
Unconditional love and language of unconditional love
Recognizing and managing the emotions
     • How the emotions are created?

     • Child need for attention

     • Anger, fear, sadness, somation

     • Oedip’s and Electra’s complex

Child need for limits, methods for positive enforcement of discipline versus punishment
Role of people involved in childcare and education

The game in childs’ life; game characteristics at pre-school age, ludic methods and models.

Participants:
All persons involved in care and education of children of pre-school age (parents, baby-sitters, nannies, etc.) wanting to find out more about how to make themselves understood and understand better the child.

COURSE FOR FUTURE MOTHERS

Minischool for Moms and Pops: Course for parents expecting a baby

CREATIV association introduces the Course for parents expecting a baby. Together with our team, composed from 2 psychologists, a social assistant, a psycho-pedagogist and pediatrist and a nurse, the parents receive information and psychological support about the pregnancy period, the birth moment and first months of baby’s life.

Objectives:
Understand the physiological, sensorial and emotional development phases of the foetus and the physical and psychological transformations lived by the mother during pregnancy
Awareness of the attachment relationship between foetus and mother and father and the dynamics of the relationships with the other members of the family (brothers, grand-parents).
Psychological preparation of the mother for the labour and the birth
Awareness of the importance of child reception, the moment of entry in the family
Recognize and adapt to the needs of the baby from the first months of life
Understand the roles and responsibilities of adults in the family in the childcare

Participants:
The target audience for this course is all parents (mothers and fathers) preparing themselves for a new baby who want to share with other parents their joys and fears specific to this period in their life.

The course comprises 6 weekly sessions, each session of 2.5 hours.
